If you have to withdraw from any 4Life Event, this is our Withdrawal Policy:
Organising any event requires a considerable amount of time and expense. These costs are often incurred long before the event even takes place. It is for this reason that 4Life Events have a policy to NOT refund any monies, to any competitor who does not show or who wishes to cancel an entry, for what ever reason. We do however, offer an Event Voucher system, where by a competitor will be issued a Voucher, redemable against any other 4Life Event. The value of the voucher issued is dependent upon the time of cancellation.
Please note that race entries are not transferable as any administration requires considerable time and expense.
Should you follow the correct withdrawal procedure, within the time limits, you will be issued with an Events Voucher, redemable against other further 4Life Events:
Event Vouchers will be issued after the event and as follows:
- Notification postmarked 6 weeks (42 days) or more before the event -- 50% Event Voucher
- Notification postmarked 3 weeks to 6 weeks (21 to 42 days) before event -- 20% Event Voucher
- Notification postmarked less than 3 weeks (21 days) before event -- nil Event Voucher
The withdrawl procedure is as follows:-
4Life must recieve a letter in writing, by post, the date of the withdrawal will be post marked on the envelope.
(Please send a SAE, so we may send you back the event voucher)
You may notify us via email, but all emails must be followed with a written letter.
(we will accept your withdrawal on the date of the email).
Telephone messages are not acceptable.
