Who are your coaches?

Whether training for a 2-mile fun run, 10km run/walk, or full marathon, an Ironman Triathlon or an Adventure race, everyone needs a structured training plan that is specific to the needs and requirements of You the individual. Your programme will be devised to suit your lifestyle.

4Life coaches will work together, with you on your Nutritional, Lifestyle & Exercise habits, placing an equal importance on each area. Before we start work with you on your monthly plan (after the initial free phone consultation), you will be require to undergo a Nutritional, Lifestyle & Exercise assessment, in the form of a series of questionnaires (Medical History, Nutritional, Lifestyle, Exercise) that are sent out and to be completed and return prior to our first session. The results of which, will then be analysed & used to design & develop a unique training plan. You will be taken through this on the first session (additional fee if appropriate) along with a Body Composition (muscle, fat, and water % test), blood pressure, height, weight & lung function tests.

Basically by gaining this information we can start to build your profile, get to know you, in person, devise your individual plan & work with you towards achieving your goal.

How it works:

Phone consultation > Assessment process > Plan devised > Feedback forms from all sessions > Regular meetings if required.

Packages:

For just £30 per month/plan you will receive: (approx. £1 per day)
  • A One-month training programme tailored to your personal needs and requirements, for your specific event.
  • Support & advice via email and telephone.
  • Advice on sports nutrition for your event.


For just £50 per month/plan you will receive:

  • A One-month training programme tailored to your personal needs and requirements, for your specific event.
  • Support & advice via email and telephone.
  • Advice on sports nutrition for your event.
  • A One to One training session (60mins) with a 4Life Coach

Additional Coaching Sessions

What better way to get the most out of your training, than by having you own 4Life coach with you when you train. Many of 4Life clients choose to complement their events packages by having regular training sessions with their coaches. Sessions are based on an hourly rate that is depedent upon activity and venue.
Discounts are available for long term training plans. As 4Life coaches are experts in Junior & Youth coaching - Training plans can also be devised for 8-16yrs at a discounted price. Please contact Dean or Richard For more details.
